Favor of drinking spring water
There are number of reasons to be considered in favor of drinking spring water,
in comparison to other bottled waters available. Out of all the following Nine reasons stand out in priority to
be considered.

When one aims to lose weight, bottled spring water, is one of the first and fore most choices, to be considered.
As a practice one thinks to drink soda, alcohol or coke instead of water, which have higher calorific value and
cause for weight gain. If on the contrary only spring water is taken it suppresses the feeling of hunger at such
moments. One is not hungry but just feels like eating some thing in stead of taking a glass of water to satisfy the
